Immigration, refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced the fourth All-program draw on March 23, 2023.
The invitation to apply was released for 7,000 candidates with a minimum CRS score was 484. Therefore, the number of invited candidates through Express Entry has reached 30,732 in 2023. Tie-breaking rule date and time are May 19, 2022, at 06:48:41 UTC.
If more than one candidate received the lowest score, the cut-off measure was based on the date and time of Express Entry profile submission.
Eligible candidates eligible for this round of invitations include Federal Skilled Workers, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades and Provincial Nominee.
